Monday - Thursday 9am - 4pm and Friday 9am - 2pm.
Do you provide "walk-in" patient care?
Yes! We take walk-ins visits during clinic hours. We do however recommend, that when possible, you call ahead to reduce your wait time upon arrival for a visit.
What does it cost to see a provider?
Hill Country Family Clinic is a non-insurance provider. The visit fee is $150, due at the time of service.

Do I need to be fasting for my new patient visit?
YES!!! PLEASE ARRIVE FASTING for your new patient visit. Fasting is 10-12 hours; black coffee and water are okay.
What do I need to bring with me to my visit?
Please bring a photo id, your insurance card (if applicable, for your labs), and any previous lab results that you would like to have added to your chart.
What is the cost of a New Patient Consultation?
Hill Country Family Clinic is a non-insurance provider; we do not accept insurance for our visit fees. The initial consultation fee is $150 plus the cost of labs, due at the time of service.
We offer a cash pay price of $100 per lab panel or we can submit your lab order with your insurance information to reduce your out of pocket expense.
What can I expect during my new patient consultation?
Your new patient consultation will consist of a through discussion with the provider and drawing of fasting labs.
What if I recently had labs completed?
Your provider is happy to review your recent labs during your visit. You can email us your lab report at [email protected]
